Mission Statement

Through careful maintenance and appreciation of both client and customer relationships, the Michigan Union Ticket Office strives to facilitate the ticketing and sales of performance arts throughout Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas. MUTO provides practical solutions to clients wishing to establish events, and affordable prices for students and residents of the community.

Hours of Operation

We are now on Reduced Business Hours for the summer.

Reduced Business Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to noon
  • Sunday: Closed

    Reduced business hours are in effect during Spring and Summer terms, Fall break, Spring break, and during university exams/holiday breaks. 

    MUTO is CLOSED on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the weekend after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day through New Year's Day.​

          NORMAL Fall and Winter Business Hours:

          • Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
          • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
          • Sunday: Closed
